This year, SWG3 takes part in Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival, on Thursday 17 and Sunday 20 September 2026.
As Scotland's largest free celebration of heritage, culture and community – Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival invites everyone to discover, explore and be part of Glasgow's story.
This year, SWG3 are proud to take part in the festival. Through a series of talks and tours from industry leaders such as Paul Stallan, our Managing Director Andrew Fleming-Brown and more, members of the public will be given an insight into the history and inner workings of the venue, and discover what goes in to making those special events everyone knows and loves happen.
The programme kicks off at 10.30am on Thursday 17 September, with a talk focused on our Community Garden and how it came to be, from an old derelict patch of land.
