Where possible, we've taken the necessary steps to meet customer requirements. At the venue, our friendly staff will be happy to help you out, to make sure you have the best experience at all of our events.

Galvanizer, TV Studio and Yard Events
A raised accessible viewing platform is available in our Galvanizers, Galvanizers Yard and TV Studio spaces. Wheelchair spaces and seats can be purchased via Ticketmaster for most concerts in those spaces.
If you cannot find accessible tickets online, please purchase a standard ticket and email [email protected] detailing your requirements and we will do our best to assist you. If you are attending an event with a friend, please ensure you both purchase accessible tickets.
Warehouse and Poetry Club Events
The Warehouse has a designated seated floor area for our accessibility customers. Please purchase a standard ticket, and email [email protected] detailing your requirements and we will assist.
The Poetry Club does not have an accessible platform. We can arrange priority entry to this space, please email [email protected] detailing your requirements and we will assist as best we can to ensure you have the best experience.
If you require a free companion, download the Companion Tickets application form and email it, along with supporting documents, to [email protected].
Alternatively, you can request a copy of the form from [email protected]
Companion tickets are set up for box office collection and are assigned to the customer and not the companion. We do not yet have Hearing Loops in our box offices.
Customers providing the following forms of evidence are automatically eligible for a free companion:
- In receipt of DLA, PIP, Attendance allowance
- Registered severely sight impaired
- Assistance dog ID Card
We will review requests for free companions on a case-by-case basis if you cannot meet the criteria above.
As an accessible venue, we can accommodate guide dogs for the visually impaired. Please email [email protected] in advance to enable us to accommodate your request.
The SWG3 complex is located at 100 Eastvale Place, G3 8QG, in Glasgow's west end.
There are a number of different ways to get here;
By public transport
The nearest subway station is Kelvinhall, and the nearest train station is Partick — both a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
Metered street parking is available on Eastvale Place and Kelvinhaugh Street, with no charges on Saturdays or Sundays. Blue Badge parking is available on a pre-approved basis. Please arrange parking by emailing [email protected] or calling our office on 0141 337 1731 (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri)

Additional Helpful Info
This room can be accessed via 5 stairs; a platform lift or via a ramp. Accessible toilets are available in all ground floor level bar spaces servicing this space. We use the NKS key system for these toilets, if you don’t have an NKS key then ask a member of staff and we can assist.

From the Galvanizers front door to the Galvanizers AVP Platform – approx. 32 metres including 5 stairs or the use of a platform lift.
Our TV Studio is on the ground floor, which has an accessible toilet available for use. We use the NKS key system for this toilet, if you don’t have an NKS key then ask a member of staff and we can assist. The TV Studio also has its own bar.

From TV Studio front door to the TV Studio AVP Platform – approx. 40 metres on a flat concrete surface.
Our Warehouse is located on the second floor of the venue with a bar available within the space. A lift is available from the ground floor to the Warehouse space. A member of staff will operate this for you. There is an accessible toilet available on both floors. We use the NKS key system for most accessibility toilets within the venue, if you don’t have an NKS key then ask a member of staff and we can assist.

From the Warehouse front door to the Warehouse AVP Platform – Up a staircase of 26 stairs. Alternatively, there is a lift available for use.
The Poetry Club
The Poetry Club is on the ground floor with an accessible toilet and bar located in the venue.

Our Acid Bar is located on the ground floor of the venue with an accessible toilet. In some cases, we will use this as an entrance for events in the Galvanizers, access to the Galvanizers event space from the Acid Bar is via a ramp.
Full complex events
Some of our events take place in multiple spaces. We will generally state the location of these events as 'Full Complex' in our website listings.

Some of the ground in the yard is uneven. Accessible facilities for yard events are dependent on the scale of the event.
