Calling all food traders and restaurateurs: the Acid Bar at SWG3 is currently available for short or long-term residencies.
Since launching our residencies, it's been a real pleasure to have collaborated with such a mix of brands and restaurants, from much-loved names in the city's contemporary dining scene to brand new pop-ups. The scope and variety of what each partner has brought to the space has been huge. Alongside Glasgow favourites Ox & Finch, Julie's Kopitiam, Ka Pao and Five March presenting their much-loved restaurant offer in a new home, we've had the renowned Cail Bruich trying out a new concept with Mad Lab, as well as Five March switching things up with their Japanese-inspired Go Sangatsu pop-up. More recently, we enjoyed a sold-out weekend as Mexican diner Rafa's took over the kitchen, with crowds coming down to grab something tasty, washed down with a speciality cocktail, before or after heading in to the venue to catch a performance.
Now, we are looking for food traders and restaurateurs to come aboard and make the space their own. With short, and long term residencies available, it can be the perfect blank canvas to try out new concept menus, or you can stick with what you know and transform the vibrant, contemporary space into a bustling restaurant.
