SWG3 is seeking to appoint a design team to develop the design for a number of capital projects at our site. With tenders invited from an architecturally-led design team, or from individual consultants, for the design development, the contract must be complete by 30th June 2022.
SWG3 is in the process of undertaking a £7m capital expansion, transforming the site in to a top 20 visitor attraction and cultural destination in Scotland. Over 6,700 m2 of vacant and derelict land around the perimeter of the site is being redeveloped into Yard Works Studio; a community garden and growing space; more workspaces for creative and circular businesses; and a new creative thoroughfare linking regeneration routes through Govan, Partick, Finnieston and Yorkhill, a Clyde Mission funded programme to open up public access throughout the site completed this year.
