SWG3s official ticket partner is TicketWeb. 

Tickets on Box Office Collection
Tickets purchased for Box Office Collection via any ticket agent can only be collected on the night of the event. Tickets cannot be collected before doors open.

SWG3 operates a scanning system to verify tickets. If you have a smart phone you can show your ticket on your device. Please download/open your ticket on your phone prior to arriving at the venue. If your screen is cracked please print out your ticket(s) and bring them with you as cracked and damaged screens cannot be scanned.

Ticket buyer unable to collect tickets
If you have purchased tickets but are not planning on going to the event yourself, please provide the person collecting the tickets with a Letter Of Authorisation which includes the following details:

Full name and address of the cardholder :
Telephone number :
Booking reference number :
Event name :
Event date :
Number of tickets purchased :
Name of person collecting the tickets : 
The type of photographic ID that person will have with them : (driving license, passport etc)
Last 4 digits of the payment card : 

Purchasing Tickets at SWG3
SWG3 sell tickets from the box office located in the Acid Bar Gallery/Reception Monday to Friday 10-5.30pm. Tickets are subject to a £1 transaction fee per ticket. No booking fees or printing fees apply when purchasing physical tickets from the box office.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Tickets
If your tickets are lost or stolen, or if it is damaged and the barcode is not visible, please contact the place of purchase.

Cancelled/Altered events
If an event is cancelled your place of purchase will notify you and issue you with an automatic refund. This can take up to 28 days to show on your bank statement. If you have purchased tickets over the counter from SWG3 please visit us in person for your refund.

If an event is rescheduled you will be notified. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event you can request a refund from the place of purchase.
