Coronavirus FAQs
We ask customers to help keep themselves and others safe by:
- taking regular lateral flow tests, particularly before heading on a night out - order online here
- scanning the Track and Trace barcode on arrival at the venue

When will Vaccine passports be required?
If your event takes place between 1 and 17 October:
To get our system working as smoothly as possible and test our processes, we’ll be asking customers to show proof of double vaccination from Friday 1 October for all events. If you don’t have a vaccine passport, you’ll still be able to gain entry up to and including Sunday 17 October.

If your event takes place on or after 18 October:
Unless you are under 18 or medically exempt, vaccine passports will be enforced from Monday 18 October across some events. On every event listing on our website, we’ll note whether the vaccine passport is required for entry so please check first before contacting us.

Which events do I need a vaccine passport for?
You will need a vaccine passport for:

  • All club nights in all of our venues (events that finish at 3am)
  • All concerts that take place in the TV Studio or Galvanizers

You will not need a vaccine passport for:

  • Bongo’s Bingo
  • Gigs in the Warehouse
  • Gigs in the Poetry Club
  • Acid Bar bookings
  • Private/corporate bookings with less than 500 people

You also don’t need a vaccine passport if you are medically exempt or under 18.

How do I get a vaccine passport?
A vaccine passport is proof that you have had a double vaccination. You can request this from the NHS through their website. You can either download a PDF to your phone, or get a letter sent to your house. Please bring one of these to the venue, and have them out ready to scan when you are in the queue.

Refunds:
In line with our terms & conditions, refunds will not be given for those who are not double vaccinated by the date of their event.
