Irish indie group The Academic headline SWG3 TV Studio on Saturday 24 April 2027.
Meeting in school, the quartet became firm friends and quickly bonded over a shared enthusiasm for the early 2k NYC rock revival led by The Strokes, Interpol and Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs. Long gone are the days of playing to half empty pubs in their native Ireland – instead, the group now regularly enjoy playing to sell out crowds, and festivals across Ireland, the US, the UK and Europe, and have shared the stage with international headliners such as The Strokes and Catfish and The Bottlemen.
This event is strictly 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. One adult can attend with a maximum of two Under 16s.
