English indie-pop group The Magic Numbers head to SWG3 TV Studio on Thursday 11 December 2025.
Consisting of two sets of brothers and sisters, the band quickly shot to media attention after selling out London’s Kentish Town Forum solely on the strength of their loyal following, before the release of their self-titled 2005 debut album. This record was subsequently nominated for the Mercury Music Prize. The Magic Numbers went on to become one of the nation’s best-loved bands and have toured with the likes of Brian Wilson, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, The Flaming Lips, Sonic Youth, The Who, Morrissey, U2 and Bright Eyes.
This event is strictly 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. One adult can attend with a maximum of two Under 16s.

The Galvanizers can be accessed via a small set of stairs, platform lift or ramp. Accessible toilets are available in all ground floor level bars servicing this space.

The Galvanizers has an accessible viewing platform with seats and wheelchair spaces. Unreserved seats, wheelchair spaces and free companion tickets can be booked through Ticketmaster online for this event. Ticketmaster require proof of eligibility for those applying for companion tickets. Further information is available at the time of booking. BY TRAIN + SUBWAY + BUS
The nearest travel hub is Partick Interchange. From there, it’s a 10 minute walk to SWG3 along the Expressway.
BY BIKE
The nearest bike racks can be found on the corner of Kelvinhaugh Street and Dumbarton Road, including NextBike stands. Bikes will not be permitted on site, so please lock up before arriving.
There are a variety of pubs and restaurants situated in the heart of Finnieston, which is a five minute walk from the venue.
SWG3 is located in a residential area. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down when arriving at, and leaving, the venue.
