Arts

Creative studios, galleries, a year-round arts programme and walls drenched with colour: SWG3 is a thriving hub for Glasgow’s vibrant arts and culture scene.

Our year-round calendar of cultural events spans everything from design festivals and art fairs, to exhibitions and workshops, to our Yardworks project which champions street art and graffiti. Our creative studios are a space for artists to hone their craft and develop their talent, offering a space for focus, inspiration and community at affordable rates.

PROGRAMME

Commissioned in partnership with the venue’s charity, Clydeside Initiative for Arts (CIA), the vast majority of our year-round arts programme is a feast of visual art and community events, with an emphasis on contemporary artists and international commissions.

Urban Art

Founded in 2004, Yardworks has grown from a burning desire to champion the often stigmatised practice of street arts and graffiti to a globally-respected, ever-expanding creative programme, connecting and supporting people and ideas from across the Clyde, to across the globe.
