From the 6th December the requirements to enter events will be changing. Customers will either have to show proof of vaccination status, or proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test. These will need to be uploaded to the Government supported app prior to arrival.
How do I get a vaccine passport?
A vaccine passport is proof that you have had a double vaccination. You can request this from the NHS through their website. You can either download a PDF to your phone, or get a letter sent to your house. Please bring one of these to the venue, and have them out ready to scan when you are in the queue.
Staying safe in the venue
- We ask customers to help keep themselves and others safe by taking regular lateral flow tests, particularly before heading on a night out - order online here. No proof of this will be required on the door.
- Face masks are still required in all spaces unless you are drinking, dancing or medically exempt
- Whilst social distancing is now no longer in place, we ask all customers to respect the personal space of those around them
- On arrival we encourage all customers to scan the Track and Trace barcode
If you don't have a vaccine passport
In line with our terms and conditions, refunds will not be given for those who are not double vaccinated by the date of their event.
If you are experiencing symptoms of or have tested positive for Covid-19
Please contact the outlet from where you bought your ticket, where they will be able to advise on refund policy for your specific event.
