American rockers SOiL headline SWG3 Galvanizers on Tuesday 12 November 2024.
After their song Halo gained significant radio attention, a major label bidding war broke out in an attempt to sign SOiL. The band would ultimately be signed to J Records (BMG) by music industry legend Clive Davis, and they experienced mainstream success with the major label debut Scars which was released in September 2001. This achievement was aided by a run of popular single released, which gained the band exposure on MTV throughout the early 2000s.
This event is strictly 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. One adult can attend with a maximum of two Under 16s.

The Galvanizers can be accessed via a small set of stairs, platform lift or ramp. Accessible toilets are available in all ground floor level bars servicing this space.

BY TRAIN + SUBWAY + BUS
The nearest travel hub is Partick Interchange. From there, it’s a 10 minute walk to SWG3 along the Expressway.
BY BIKE
The nearest bike racks can be found on the corner of Kelvinhaugh Street and Dumbarton Road, including NextBike stands. Bikes will not be permitted on site, so please lock up before arriving.
There are a variety of pubs and restaurants situated in the heart of Finnieston, which is a five minute walk from the venue.
SWG3 is located in a residential area. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down when arriving at, and leaving, the venue.
