Sibling indie-pop duo Esme Emerson headline The Poetry Club on Monday 21 April 2025. 

Esme Emerson have quickly asserted themselves as one of 2024’s hottest prospects. Expanding their dedicated fan base while on the road with Keane and The Japanese House, and releasing their first EP for the label Big Leap, No Faith, Small Chancer, which has seen them praised by key tastemakers within music and culture, including The Face, i-D, Dazed, The Telegraph, NME, Clash, and The Line of Best Fit.

This event is strictly 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. One adult can attend with a maximum of two Under 16s.

BY TRAIN + SUBWAY + BUS

The nearest travel hub is Partick Interchange. From there, it’s a 10 minute walk to SWG3 along the Expressway.

BY BIKE

The nearest bike racks can be found on the corner of Kelvinhaugh Street and Dumbarton Road, including NextBike stands. Bikes will not be permitted on site, so please lock up before arriving.

There are a variety of pubs and restaurants situated in the heart of Finnieston, which is a five minute walk from the venue. 

SWG3 is located in a residential area. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down when arriving at, and leaving, the venue.
