Indie dream pop artist The Japanese House headlines SWG3 Galvanizers on Tuesday 7 May 2024.

The Japanese House is the moniker of English singer-songwriter Amber Bain. Having previously created music under a variety of different aliases, Bain settled for The Japanese House in 2015 – named after a cottage she visited during a childhood holiday. Intentionally androgynous and elusive in nature, Bain's music has been described as dream-pop, and features heavy production elements.

Upon release of her debut single Still, she received instant praise from media outlets across the country and quickly became one to watch. Her debut album Good at Falling was released in 2019 to heavy praise for its lyrics, musicianship, and production elements. Following an incredible sold out show in the TV Studio in 2023, the artist returns to SWG3, this time to take on the Galvanizers.

This event is strictly 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. One adult can attend with a maximum of two Under 16s.
