English songwriter Kai Bosch headlines The Poetry Club on Friday 3 May 2024.
Having moved from Cornwall to London in order to find inspiration to pursue a musical career – the 21 year old quickly found what he was looking for. Immersing himself in the city's nightlife scene, he quickly began to use club culture as a focal point for his own musical ambitions. In his music, he melds emotive songwriting with sounds stereotypically associated with those heard at 3am on a sweat dance floor, and the resulting sound is wonderfully contradictory – introverted, yet tumultuous, and raw, yet polished with finesse.
This event is strictly 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. One adult can attend with a maximum of two Under 16s.

The nearest travel hub is Partick Interchange. From there, it’s a 10 minute walk to SWG3 along the Expressway.
BY BIKE
The nearest bike racks can be found on the corner of Kelvinhaugh Street and Dumbarton Road, including NextBike stands. Bikes will not be permitted on site, so please lock up before arriving.
There are a variety of pubs and restaurants situated in the heart of Finnieston, which is a five minute walk from the venue.
SWG3 is located in a residential area. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down when arriving at, and leaving, the venue.
