English singer-songwriter Seb Lowe headlines SWG3 Warehouse on Saturday 30 September 2023.
Lowe, who is only 19 years old, got recognised after uploading videos of himself playing original songs to TikTok. These videos gained viral traction, and alerted James Skelly, the frontman of The Coral, to Lowe's talents, which led to him rushing to record the youngsters' songs – which were later released as an EP titled Half Decent.
With acoustic melodies, and politically charged lyrics, the comparisons with the likes of Billy Bragg, Bob Dylan, and Jamie Webster are understandable, but Lowe is his own man, who's success so far comes as a direct result of his assured charisma and his ability to connect with the masses through his songs.
This event is strictly 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. One adult can attend with a maximum of two Under 16s.
