Canadian-American alternative artist Grandson is heading to SWG3 TV Studio on Saturday 9 September 2023.

Grandson is the stage alias of Jordan Benjamin. The 29 year old began making music under the name Grandson in early 2014, and has since gone on to release several singles which have amassed hundreds of millions of listens on streaming platforms, as well as one studio album – Death Of An Optimist, which was released in 2020.

Through his music, Benjamin tackles several social issues such as addiction, mental health, and privilege. He has toured with bands and artists such as Hobo Johnson, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Nothing But Thieves, and has received praise from several left-leaning figures, both within the music industry and out-with it, including Tom Morello and Bernie Sanders.
