American country singer Megan Moroney headlines SWG3 Galvanizers on Wednesday 30 August 2023.
Having spent her childhood growing up listening to classic country and Americana artists, Moroney taught herself the piano with the hopes of one day becoming a recording artist. An opportunity to open for a local country singer whilst attending the University of Georgia helped Moroney turn her dream into a reality, and she has been on an upward trajectory ever since. 2022 proved to be a breakout year, when her debut EP Pistol Made of Roses was released and met with a stream of positive reviews thanks to Moroney's distinctive voice, and conversational lyrics.
