Socially conscious South-London rapper Che Lingo is coming to The Poetry Club on Wednesday 16 April 2023.
Since releasing his debut EP Charisma in 2018, Lingo has established himself as one of the realest rappers around today. He draws on his experience growing up on estates, and frequently references events that have occurred in his life and made him who he is today in his music.
In 2020, he released his debut feature length album The Worst Generation to instant critical acclaim. A break from new releases followed, but now he is back and ready to pick up where he left off.
This event is strictly 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. One adult can attend with a maximum of two Under 16s.
The Poetry Club is located on the ground floor, with an accessible toilet and bar located in the venue.
